Manuel "Pantera" Cisneros

March 2, 1947 ~ April 2, 2018 (age 71)

Manuel was born in San Benito, Texas, on March 2, 1947. He moved to Salamanca, Guanajuato, Mexico at a very young age and lived there until he was 14 years old when he moved back to Texas to work to help support his mother, brothers, and sisters. His mission in life led him to Santa Rosa, California in 1963 where he met his wife, Hilda. Manuel married Hilda on October 28, 1967. They have three children, Mayte, Francisco and Manny. Manuel was a hard working man and always made sure his family was well taken care of.  Manuel worked as a welder for the past 37 years. Manuel loved soccer and played the sport most of his life.  Most recently, he spent a lot of his time watching soccer and practically any sport he could watch on TV with his wife. Manuel's mission was done and went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Hilda; his daughter, Mayte (Stephen O’Sullivan), his sons, Francisco and Manny (Marcella); his grandchildren: Sonia, Jolon, Jesse, David, Diago, Stephen Jr., and Anthony, all in Santa Rosa, California, Alex in Nevada and Francisco Jr. in Southern California. He has a brother and three sisters in Mexico. Manuel was preceded in death by his mother, Maria de La Paz Ramirez, his sister, Maria de La Luz, and by his brother, Juan. Manuel was loved by his family and will be greatly missed. He has left too soon for us but in God’s perfect time. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace Grandpa!
